Position Description
We are seeking a Licensed Professional Nurses, LPN who desires in a mission driven organization. The ideal candidates would preferably, yet not necessarily, have a working knowledge of eating disorders and related psychiatric and medical treatment interventions.
Most importantly, applicants must be able to facilitate a calm demeanor within the milieu. The Nurse is responsible for providing psychiatric support, medication management, conversing with family members, maintaining timely documentation within the EMR, and providing prompt communication to leadership as needed in a practical and meaningful manner. The Nurse will work in tandem with a multidisciplinary treatment team by completing a Nursing Assessment, Pain Assessment; dispensing medication according to sound practices, and communicating in real-time with various department personnel.
Work Schedule: We offer a variety of FT, PT and PRN options.

Each care plan is individualized to the patient and is coordinated through a multidisciplinary team dedicated to addressing the medical, nutritional, and behavioral issues caused by eating disorders. By taking into account each individual’s personality, response to past treatment, family and social situation, and any other life demands, we’re able to provide the most effective treatment possible and the greatest chance of success.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Accredited LPN Program
- Licensed as an LPN in the state of employment or compact state
- Must have valid driver’s license and be authorized to drive.
