We are seeking a RN Manager Medical Surgical to join our health care team.
In This Vital Role, You Will
Education/Experience
Job Requirements
Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, BSN or Bachelors’ Degree in a related field is preferred.
Three years’ experience and clinical knowledge in the same or similar clinical specialty.
Two years in a charge nurse/ leadership or equivalent position required.
Clinical knowledge as a Registered Nurse in the same or similar clinical specialty preferred.
License/Certification
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the Washington State Board of Nursing.
Certification in specialty areas preferred.
Current healthcare provider BLS certification.

Pay Range
$55.50 - $92.30 /hour

- Oversee daily operations, nursing practice, and patient care delivery.
- Contribute to the organizational mission by fostering essential interdepartmental collaboration.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, supervisory skills, problem-solving, patient advocacy, and public relations expertise.
